One day, while I was walking my dog, I thought about something amazing I could create for you that's free...well, besides my podcast.

As I was picking up the dog poop, I recalled something that was helpful after a painful season of burnout. It was "I Am Me" by Virgina Satir.

I then remembered how I would journal and create my own version of "I Am Me."
